Best investment I've ever made: Hiring a Coach (2 minute read)

Dear Reader…yes you…give me 2 minutes of your time and the rest of your life could improve.

When I first hired a life coach, I was hesitant. The cost seemed high and I wasn't sure if this person could really help me improve my life. But boy, was I wrong.

Working with a life coach has been the most impactful investment I've ever made for myself. My coach helped me uncover blind spots and patterns in my behavior that were holding me back. With their guidance and support, I've been able to make meaningful changes in my career, relationships, and overall happiness.

But it's not just about me. Improving my own life has also had a positive impact on those around me - my friends, family, and my Life Partner have all benefited from my growth and success. And let's face it - who doesn't want to be surrounded by happy, successful people?

I know there may be some hesitation or skepticism about hiring a life coach. But those are just limiting beliefs talking. Trust me - having someone skilled in understanding patterns and pointing out potential pitfalls is worth every penny. In fact, I plan to have a coach for the rest of my life because we all have blind spots and having that strong support system is truly life-changing.

So if you're considering investing in a life coach, do it! You won't regret it. Your future self will thank you for making such a powerful investment in your personal growth and happiness.

P.S. Here are two quick tips on finding the right coach for you:

  1. Scheduling a first call (often called a “Discovery Call”) should always be FREE. This is where you learn about the Coach, their methods, share a bit about what your hopes and dreams are, and for you both to determine if you will be a good match for the other. A good Coach will be able to answer all of your questions, and within an hour (usually much less) honestly tell you either A) “I can certainly help you” or B) “I don’t think I’m a great fit for what you are after, but here are some resources that might help in your search for a good Coach”.

  2. Write down all of your questions. Coaching, whether as the Coach or the Client, is all about clarity. We want you to be clear on your goals, yes, but we also want you to start out with clarity on what to expect. Having a list of all questions you have about coaching (no matter how strange or outlandish they may feel to you) is a great way to help start on a strong track toward growth.
